At LemonAid Fund, accountability is paramount. We rely on transparent reporting from our recipients to ensure funds are used effectively and responsibly. Whether our donations are directed to Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Bhutan, or other regions, we maintain a structured and professional approach to fund allocation and monitoring.

Your donations get directly into the hands of those we serve. Less than 3% goes to administrative costs.

Fund Allocation Process

Typically, we designate a focal point in each country who is responsible for receiving and distributing the funds. It is essential to note that the organization receiving the money is often not the end user of the funds. Instead, the funds are utilized for specific projects and initiatives. To ensure accountability and transparency, recipients must provide detailed reports and documentation on how the funds are spent.

Reporting and Documentation

Recipients are expected to communicate their receipt of funds via WhatsApp or email, acknowledging the amount received. Depending on the nature of the project, they must also provide comprehensive documentation, which may include:

    1. Photographs of sign-in sheets and attendees

    2. Images of training sessions and activities

    3. Photos of participants receiving certificates

    4. Documentation of expenses, such as meals provided during the workshop

    1. Detailed written reports outlining the use of funds

    2. Descriptions of project outcomes and impacts

    1. Photographs of purchased supplies

    2. Images showing the supplies in use

    3. Receipts and invoices for purchased materials

    1. Photos of construction progress
