From aiding in the rebuilding of shattered lives in Asia and Africa to empowering individuals to transcend the trauma of war and violence through forgiveness, gratitude, and appreciation (FGA), our efforts have sparked transformative change.
Furthermore, our pioneering PeaceJoyMobile initiative has touched the lives of over 5,000 individuals across 12 countries, propelling us toward our visionary goal of reaching 1 million people with forgiveness, gratitude, and appreciation training.
Education
Nearly two decades since its inception, LemonAid Fund's influence has had great impact, leaving an indelible mark across Sierra Leone. A robust network now spans 14 schools, 2 foster care centers, and 10 community-based organizations, empowering countless individuals with essential support. Through our endeavors, 4 schools have been erected, and 12 libraries fortified, while over 28,000 pounds of books and 15 computers have been distributed, enriching the educational landscape.
Notably, over 4,000 children annually gain access to quality education, with over 1,000 students receiving scholarships, a beacon of hope for their futures.
Stopping Female Genital Mutilation
Our support has played a pivotal role in combatting the deeply entrenched practice of Female Genital Mutilation, empowering women to reclaim their autonomy and dignity. Additionally, our initiatives have facilitated access to clean water in regions like Uganda, Sierra Leone, and Kenya, underscoring our unwavering commitment to holistic community development and empowerment. Through LemonAid Fund, the potential for positive change knows no bounds, inspiring hope and transformation on a global scale.
